Care & Disclaimer
Estimated Length of Balloon: Anywhere from few weeks to few months to few years! Place your balloon away from direct sunlight and extreme temperture condition for your balloon longevity.
Balloon Deflation: The Flower Balloon will deflate over time. The length of deflation is all depends on the altitude, temperature, humidity, direct sunlight, and any conditions that the customer exposes to the flower balloon. Please avoid any sharp objects near the flower balloon at all times.
Dangers of Balloon: Children/toddlers/infants can accidently ingest, choke, and/or suffocate on our balloons. Adult supervision is required. Once the balloon is deflated, please properly discard the balloon.
Dangers of LED fairy-light battery: There are three (3) small button batteries (LR44). When replacing, please dispose of properly. Please pay extra attention if you have small children as these are small and if swallowed, CAN BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and 911 should be called immediately.

Returns & Exchange: Every product is 100% handmade and custom made to order. We only accept cancellation within 3 hours of purchase. All sales are final. Please contact me for any request, change, and cancellation.

Shipping: Shipping companies delays are out of my control. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we don't have any control over when you ultimately receive it. Upon delivery if the product is damaged, please inform us right away.
DO NOT USE ANY SHARP OBJECT like knife, scissors, and etc. to open the box. It will puncture the balloon that is inside of the box. If this happens, we are unable to assist.
